the end?

I’ve learned a lot over these last few months in my participating on this campaign, mostly about myself, and how I can be an agent of change around this toxic issue of stigma not only for those living with HIV, but for our entire community of gay, bisexual, and other men. who are impacted by this as well.  I’ve learned that at times, I’ve been a participant in creating this environment of shame and fear for Poz men without always having been aware. That was big.  I’ve also learned how much more there is to learn on all our parts (HIV negative and positive)  around the issue of stigma. From the multitude of opinions and thougts left on this site, it’s clear there aren’t any cut and dry answers or solutions. Although, what this site has created is a space for gay and bisexual men all across the sero-divide to come together and discuss an issue that we all have a stake in.  It’s my belief that through these important discussions, we can begin to finally see each other without the anger, fear, and resentment that can sometimes convince us that we’re more different than we actually are.

Thanks for having me along on this experience Special thanks to the other facilitators, Bob, Tim, Nik, Brian, Vijay and Gaston :)
